Windows are great, but sometimes they need to be covered to protect the furnishings, create privacy or allow the big screen to be seen in the home theatre. Choices are so varied that Loretta offers to come to your home to make suggestions on what would work for you.


SOME OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOW

Curtains

Can still be one of the most attractive, effective and economical forms of window dressing available.

At Jools Interiors we do not sell ready made curtains – we manufacture curtains on-site in our own workroom to the highest standards. No skimpy machined pleats – Jools still hand pleat. We invite you to closely examine our festoons and swags, but the best surprise is that our prices are amongst the best in Australia – just be prepared to wait a couple of weeks as the workroom is always booked well in advance!

Timber Venetians

Ideal way to control light, privacy and breeze. Although timber venetians are available made from many timbers Jools will only supply and fit blinds made from Red Cedar which is the most stable timber under North Queensland conditions.

All blinds are custom made to suit your individual window sizes.

Timber Shutters

What a wonderful look shutters create. They are expensive but are unmatched for privacy, light and breeze control.

Jools only supply timber shutters made from Red Cedar (though I have seen shutters made from such unstable timbers as pine!)
